Family

       Well the roses and butterflies were loved by all at the celebration of Gram's life, that's what we decided to call it instead of just her service. I was proud that I could share these small crochet things with everyone but at the same time was a little embarrassed that I was getting all of these compliments when we were there for Gram. I decided that before I post any for sale that I'm going to put sewn on pin backs as a lot of them were falling off of the stick on ones that I used. I definitely will be doing the key chains as they gone in no time and people were asking if I had anymore made into key chains so I think that is a good judge as to whether they will sell or not. I'm thinking of checking around to see if there are any craft sales around that might be worth signing up for.  

      It was nice seeing family today just wish it was for a happier occasion but I still didn't feel sad about it except for the folks that act as if now that her body is gone that she is gone. My own personal beliefs are that now I can visit her anytime and anywhere. We can wander the astral plane, spend time in the garden no matter the weather, she'll be able to do her crochet and other crafts like she loved to do and above all she can see the beauty of everything that she hasn't been able to see for the last 10 to 15 years. For a lot of the others as far as they are concerned she is just gone and that is the end of her life but it's only this chapter that is over and she's with her loved ones again and still here with us if we are open to letting her in.

       It's been a long day and I'm going to do some mindless knitting for a little while and then go to bed. Tomorrow I hope to get one maybe two dragons made and maybe even get pictures taken so I can get them posted. I also need to package up the afghan that I sold to get it ready to ship out on Monday, I just realized last night that it's the same lady that bought the other granny square afghan that is the one that bought this one. I also am going to get the package ready to send out to Texas for our new grandson as he will be here in just a few weeks.
