First sorry for not blogging since the 2nd but as you know I've been really busy with the wedding quilt, butterflies and a few other things. So here is an update and thanks for understanding my absence. The quilt is done except for the ironing. I also need to put the coat of arms things on but they are being fused on so I'm doing that when I iron it. I had the hubby print them out on 2 different special materials that you use with your ink jet printer, one is a sew on and the other is the fusible. I was all set to use the sew on one when I realized the background wasn't white so it just didn't look good so I'm using the fusible one that does have a white background.
I didn't realize that when you put you shop on Etsy into vacation mode that it blanks out the photos on your blog . So sorry for the big empty space that is at the top of the page. The shop along with my Zibbet shop also will reopen on August 7th with some new items along with what was already there. Thanks for your patience this last month.
The wedding fast approaches counting today it's 6 days. I'm only the Mother of the Groom and I think I'm more nervous and excited then they are. I will post pictures and tell you all about it next week.
Well I'm off to make 12 more what I'm calling squishes, they are small crochet balls, for the little poppets that will be at the wedding. With the quilt and butterflies done I have a whole week here to play and so I'm going to make some things and use the kids at the wedding as test subjects to see if I should put them in the shop.
